Serendipity Guild Bank Rules 12/5/08

We encourage the use of the Serendipity guild bank as a resource for all guild members. We will not require people to deposit something when they request a withdrawal. We do expect members who receive a benefit from the guild bank to contribute their own resources to the guild. Contributing to the guild includes: participating in guild events, raids, and instances; assisting guild members with quests, knowledge, and class expertise; and depositing items and/or gold into the guild bank.

Daily Withdrawal Privileges and Bank Access
  • Recruit - no daily withdrawal privelege but may request items from the guild bank
  • Member - withdraw 1 item/day from the first 3 tabs
  • Veteran - withdraw 2 items/day from first 3 tabs
  • Battlemaster - withdraw 3 items/day from first 3 tabs
  • Raider - withdraw 3 items/day from first 3 tabs tabs
  • Raid Leader - access to the Raid tab and daily withdrawal priveleges
  • Officer - access to all of the guild bank tabs
  • Guild Banker - unlimited access to the guild bank
  • Assistant GM - full access to the guild bank
  • GM - full access to all tabs of the guild bank

Rules for Requesting Items You Can't Access
  • Request an item from the guild banker (Avestar) or send her an in game mail
  • Ask an officer or GM if you need an item immediately and the guild banker is not on
  • Guild members may only request items they can use, learn, or equip immediately
  • Do not request items and sell them on the AH (Members are assumed to behave with high integrity)

Guild Bank Tab Structure

The guild bank currently has 4 tabs. We will increase the number of tabs as the guild grows and update the guild bank rules as needed.
  • Tab 1 - Common tabs: common patterns, formulas, rep items and profession leveling items
  • Tab 2 - Common tabs: common patterns, formulas, rep items and profession leveling items
  • Tab 3 - Raid tab: Flasks, potions, elixirs, drums of war, repair bots, etc.
  • Tab 4 - Rare and epic tab: purple gear, epic patterns, rare & epic gems, void crystals, epic crafting materials, etc.
  • Tab 5 - Raid tab: Flasks, potions, elixirs, drums of war, repair bots, etc.
  • Tab 6 - Rare and epic tab: purple gear, epic patterns, rare & epic gems, epic crafting materials, etc.

Guild Banker Responsibilities

The guild banker is responsible for organizing the contents of the guild bank. The guild banker will also decide the usefulness of items deposited in the bank. Please do not deposit green gear into the guild bank. Green gear will be disenchanted and the gold will be put into the guild bank. When you deposit an item or gold, it becomes a gift to the bank.

The guild banker will hold regular meetings with raid leaders and officers to decide the best way to spend the bank's money.
