Officers


1. Guild Master
> Praxis (Raxxis, Jaxxis)

Responsibilities:

• Guild policies and enforcement
• Guild recruiting
• Promotions/demotions
• Mediator of disputes (hopefully very few)
• Guild invitations/expulsions
• Administration of Vent server
• Website administration
• Takes abuse from everybody

2. Assistant GM - Demonstrates exceptional leadership and mediation skills. Assists in guild administration.

Responsibilities:

• Guild policies and enforcement
• Guild recruiting
• Promotions/demotions
• Mediator of disputes (hopefully very few)
• Guild invitations/expulsions
• Does all the work, gets no credit

3. Officers - Help the GM and Assistant GM decide guild policies.
> Avestar (Avestria, Vellauria)
> Equoria (Xquori)
> Azshalis

Responsibilities:

• Guild policies and enforcement
• Guild recruiting
• Promotions/demotions
• Mediator of disputes (hopefully very few)
• Guild invitations/expulsions
• Share the workload, more people to complain to

4. Guild Banker - manage the guild bank and policies
> Avestar

Responsibilities:

• Determine guild bank policies
• Organize bank tabs
• Organize items in the bank
• Handle bank withdrawal requests
• Track bank usage
• Steals all the good stuff

5. Raid Leaders - Organize and lead raids to ensure they succeed in a an effective manner and everyone has fun.

Responsibilities:

• Organize raids (put on calendar)
• Handle raid sign ups/approvals
• Follow guild raiding policies and guidelines
• Research boss strategies
• Determine members strengths/weaknesses
• Put raid statistics on Wow Web Stats
• Have access to guild bank raid tabs
• Take all the credit for Wrath of the Lich King raiding success

Members


6. Raider - Can come from any guild rank. Committed to advancing the guild progress through instances and raids. Participates in guild raids regularly.

Responsibilities and Benefits

• Promote the guild
• Help other guild members
• Research boss fights and trash pulls
• Have required mods for raiding (DBM, Vent, Omen)
• Timely raid attendance
• Properly prepared for raids(armor 100%, consumables, etc)
• Can remove 3 items/day from common guild bank tabs
• Have priority for raid sign ups

7. Battlemaster - Members in the guild for at least 1 year. These are players who have extensively helped the guild, and guild members, and participated in many guild events.

Responsibilities and Benefits

• Follow guild policies
• Promote the guild
• Help other guild members
• Participate in guild events when possible
• Can remove 3 items/day from common guild bank tabs

8. Veteran - Founding members of the guild and members who have been in the guild for longer than 6 months. These are players committed to helping the guild and fellow members.

Responsibilities and Benefits

• Follow guild policies
• Promote the guild
• Help other guild members
• Participate in guild events when possible
• Can remove 2 items/day from common guild bank tabs

9. Member - Members in the guild for at least 1 month.

• Can remove 1 item/day from common guild bank tabs

10. Recruit - New people who have joined the guild and have been in the guild for less than 1 month. This is a probationary period to make sure the person fits in well. It also provides new people with the opportunity to meet guild members and participate in guild activities to see if they would like to become members.

• Learn and follow guild policies
• Help other guild members
• Participate in guild events when possible
• Can view and deposit to the guild bank
