Our typical raid start time is 7:30 central time (server time) and last for at least two hours. Do you have any problems making this time?
We use a roll system to give out raid gear where all raiders (alts, mains, & pugs) are equally eligible to receive loot. First roll is for main spec (up to 3), then for offspec (unlimited). Tier gear is a separate roll. People who have received fewer items receive priority. Casters have priority on hit gear, healers on MP5 gear. Cloth wearers have priority on cloth, leather on leather, etc. Do you have any problems using this method?
